Journey To Law
In seventh grade, Sasha heard a Certified Public Accountant say, “Accounting is the language of business.” At that moment, she was inspired to become a licensed CPA.
Sasha obtained her CPA license and Master of Auditing at the Fisher School of Accounting in Gainesville, Florida. She traveled to Adelaide, Australia to observe the practice of law and accounting, experience Australian culture and exchange ideas as a team member of the Rotary International Group Study Exchange. She excelled at analyzing financial statements and other data to predict the likelihood of financial success for both individuals and businesses.
Knowing how taxes shape business decisions and investment strategies, Sasha set her sights on the UF Levin College of Law and NYU School of Law, where she armed herself with the specialized knowledge required to minimize the tax burden of her clients.

In her free time, Sasha enjoys live theater, especially watching her teenagers perform at the Woodland Opera House, where she serves on the Board of Trustees and on the finance and governance committees.

Ronald R. Roundy, Esq. has more than 20 years of accounting and legal experience. For the last twelve years, he has been litigating and advising on transactions related to business, real estate, and estate planning matters.
Mr. Roundy also has nearly ten years of accounting experience, including his prior career as a financial analyst and accountant in the securities and finance industry. You can feel secure knowing that his broad experience and understanding allows him to keep a watchful eye on all aspects of a lawsuit or transaction.

12 Years Resolving Disputes
Mr. Roundy has years of experience in both prosecuting and defending against civil litigation in a variety of contexts, cases, and claims. He has represented both business and individuals in complex and class-action litigation in both California state and Federal court. He has a winning record on appeal and in the trial-courts.
Mr. Roundy has deep trial experience with jury trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. Unlike other attorneys, he does not shy away from the difficult and complicated trial process. He will recommend trial whenever it is more beneficial than settling a case.
- Mediated dismissal of regional drilling and shoring company from the San Francisco Transbay Transit Project dispute regarding construction defects at the Millennium Tower, the largest ongoing litigation in California history. From the San Francisco Chronicle.
- Won on appeal in a wrongful death (murder) and elder abuse claim against a would-be “estate administrator” that was caught perpetrating fraud on a probate court in Estate of Schneider, 2013 Cal. App. Unpub. LEXIS 8115, 2013 WL 5965763 (Cal. App. 4th Dist. Nov. 8, 2013).
Successful defense of Trust Executors on summary judgment (including over $30,000 in legal fees and sanctions awarded to clients) regarding purchase-sale disclosure dispute for real estate investment property. Raul Soto v. Kari Ann Hyatt, et al., San Joaquin County Superior Court, Case No. STK-CV-VRP-2020-4481.
Secured favorable judgment for client after bench trial in conservatorship proceedings for disgorgement of property (Cal. Prob. Code § 850) and elder abuse. In re: Conservatorship of John LaManna, Calaveras County Superior Court, CU20-084962.
Represented plaintiffs in real estate, accounting, and legal malpractice actions.
Ronald Roundy graduated from Emporia University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Mr. Roundy graduated from Whittier College – School of Law in 2010 with a Juris Doctorate. He ranked in the top 25% of his class, participated in Trial Advocacy Honors Board, and won a CALI Award for Legal Writing.
Mr. Roundy was certified in 2002 by the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Trial Advocacy Project, for in-class instruction and real-world trial experience as a Pro Bono Deputy City Attorney for the City of Los Angeles. He tried five felony DUI jury cases to verdict.
Outside The Office
Mr. Roundy enjoys mountaineering and rock climbing in his free time. He also enjoys being a Cub Scout Den Leader and an Assistant Coach of his son’s little league teams.
Meet Patricia Ribeiro – Associate Attorney

Business Law and Legacy Planning Attorney, Patricia Ribeiro, has extensive experience in private practice and as in-house counsel for both foreign and national companies. Her approach is strategic and holistic, bringing creative individualized planning to companies and stakeholders.
Patricia Ribeiro holds a Master of Laws from the University of California, Davis School of Law (2016), a Specialization in Brazilian Corporate Law from the School of Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2014), and a Bachelor of Laws from Faculdade de Direito de Joinville (1997). She is licensed with the State Bar of California, as well as with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SC).
She has two sons, Daniel and Diego, and during her free time, she enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband Mauricio.
Meet Eileen Situ – Paralegal

Eileen’s analytical skills and appreciation for details have led her to become a paralegal in the practice areas of Probate and Conservatorships. Her attention to detail and her methodical approach has gained her success in the legal field.
She recently graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Prior to becoming a paralegal, she was a legal assistant at Victorium Legal, Inc. and had extensive legal experience from other reputable law firms.
Eileen is in the process of studying to take the LSAT and hopes to attend law school in the near future. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.

CJ is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong track record in providing comprehensive legal solutions in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, real estate and general corporate law. Through his diverse legal background and global perspective, CJ is well-equipped to handle complex business transactions. With a recent Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, specializing in Business Law, CJ brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
CJ’s legal journey began at Jindal Global Law School in India, where he earned a B.A., LL.B (Hons.) degree in 2018. Since then, CJ has accumulated five years of invaluable experience in various facets of corporate law. CJ’s legal practice spans a wide spectrum of areas, including estate planning, probate administration, general corporate advisory, real estate transactions and compliance of business laws. One of CJ’s particular strengths lies in the art of drafting real estate contracts, covering areas such as purchase and sales agreements, leases, construction contracts, and trust administration documents. CJ’s meticulous attention to detail ensures that every contract is well-crafted and legally sound.
Beyond the legal realm, CJ is a passionate sports enthusiast with a background as a tennis player in India. This background instils a competitive spirit and discipline that CJ brings to his legal practice. CJ is an avid traveller and his love for adventure extends to exploring new places through road trips.
CJ is a licensed attorney in India and is currently awaiting the results of the California bar exam.

Kat brings kindness to every interaction. Her passion for people motivates her to ensure contentment and satisfaction as she creates the best experience for all who surround her. Her attention to detail begins with the environment that encompasses our office and translates to the staff and clients she assists.
She graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Her knowledge allows her to craft unique experiences with the Spanish-speaking community and create a welcoming experience for all our diverse clients.
Kat is key to the intake process at our office as she plays the opening role in the services Victorium Legal provides. Give us a call and Kat will be happy to assist!
In her free time, Kat enjoys spending time with her four nieces, exploring the outdoors, and catering to your unique coffee needs!
Meet Lesley Betancourt – Legal Assistant

Lesley brings a great deal of experience in client services to our firm. She is primarily involved in client intake and scheduling appointments. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Lesley has great organizational skills. She effectively coordinates and organizes the office schedule. You will find that she is most helpful and always courteous.
Lesley Betancourt holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Human Development from the University of California, Davis School of Agriculture (2021). While pursuing her bachelor’s degree, Lesley volunteered for the UC Davis Medical Center and The UC Davis Center for Child and Family Studies.
Meet Garima Jain – Legal Assistant

Garima is an entrepreneur at heart, who likes to solve her client’s problems. She brings depth of experience having worked across a variety of businesses both in domestic and international markets. Garima is adept at wearing multiple hats and is able to juggle between various roles, given her strong teaching experience. She is multilingual with proficiency in English and Hindi and has a working knowledge of French and other Indian languages.
Garima holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources and Marketing, and has corporate experience in Recruitment, Performance Management and Emotional Intelligence, to name a few. Annually, she volunteers her time for Davis High School PTA and is a passionate cook and an avid Yoga and Ayurveda practitioner. On holidays, she loves spending time with her family and going on treks.
