With a recent Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, specializing in Business Law, CJ brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
CJ's legal journey began at Jindal Global Law School in India, where he earned a B.A., LL.B (Hons.) degree in 2018. Since then, CJ has accumulated five years of invaluable experience in various facets of corporate law. CJ's legal practice spans a wide spectrum of areas, including estate planning, probate administration, general corporate advisory, real estate transactions and compliance of business laws. One of CJ's particular strengths lies in the art of drafting real estate contracts, covering areas such as purchase and sales agreements, leases, construction contracts, and trust administration documents. CJ's meticulous attention to detail ensures that every contract is well-crafted and legally sound.
