Building the Apppropriate Structure
We, at Victorium Legal, are involved and work with a wide variety of Charities and Private Foundations. Our attorneys first determine with our clients whether they need to form a Charity or Private Foundations. Charities perform charitable work, while private foundations support the work of charities. Once it is determined what is needed our attorneys develop the appropriate structure and corresponding documents. At all times tax considerations are taken into account and we ensure clients that long term viability is monitored.
